What if I entered the wrong address?
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If your package is returned, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If your tracking number shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier (typically USPS) to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

Yes. If an item is a preorder, it will be clearly labeled in the product description. Preorders typically take 3–4 weeks to process and ship.
